Public hearing was duly held upon application of Nathan <br />Hill, 4720 Golden Road, Pleasanton, California, on appeal from <br />denial by the City Planning Commission of a Variance for side and <br />rear yard setbacks for accessory structure. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby approve that portion of the <br />application for Variance for a lath house structure, to permit <br />construction one foot from side lot line and one foot from rear <br />lot line. <br /> <br /> 3.
