The City Council does hereby approve the proposed contract <br />dinted March 27, 1967, between VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, providing for joint use of the District <br />wmter reclamation plant, and disposing of certain City sewage <br />e~fluent at said plant. <br /> <br /> 2. Said A~reement is entered pursuant to authority of the <br /> JOint Exercise of Powers Act of the Government Code of the State <br /> of California, particularly titled I, Division 7, Chapter 5. <br /> <br /> 3.
