Upon recom~enda~ion of the Planning Commission, after <br />instructions and referral from the City Council, the General Plan <br />is hereby amended as <br /> <br />Approximately two acres lying between Kotttnger <br />Avenue and Neal Street, easterly of Second Street, <br />commonly known as 251 Kottinger Avenue, and <br />described in EXHIBIT A of General Plan Amendment <br />No. 67-1, is hereby designated as land use of <br />"High Density Residentzal". <br /> <br /> 2.
