The report of the CSty Clerk and ~he opinion of the City <br />Attorney show as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Resolution No. 67-46, adopted March 13, 1967, has <br />been published as required by law. <br /> <br /> b. At Pleasanton, California, on March 14, 1967, the <br />City Clerk caused a copy of the above described resolution to be <br />amiled to all property owners, as required by law. <br /> <br /> c. Hearing for protest before the City Council was held <br />at 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 3, 1967, and recessed to 10:15 p.m. <br />the same date for further protest. <br /> <br /> d. No protest has been filed within the meaning of §35120 <br />of the Government Code, and no further recess for filing supplement <br />al protest need be had. <br /> <br /> 2. Pursuant to §35120 of the Government Code, the City <br />Council does hereby find and determine the following to be facts: <br /> <br />Protest has not been made by public and <br />private owners of one-half of the value <br />of the territory, meaning value of land, <br />exclusive of improvements thereon. <br /> <br /> 3.
