11. The City Clerk shall publish a notice of said special <br />elections as required by the Annexation Act of 1913. The publica- <br />tion shall be at least once a week for four (4) weeks prior to the <br />date of election on June 13, 1967, in the "LIVEP240RE HERALD & NEWS'~ <br />a newspaper of general circulation printed and published outside <br />the City of Pleasanton and circulated within said territory, <br />Alameda County, California, and in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of <br />~eneral circulation printed and published within the City of <br />Fleasanton~ Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> 12.
