BLACKBURN~ <br />FOR PROPERTY AT 821 PALOMINO DRIVE, ON <br /> APPEAL F~OH PLANNING C~SSIO~ <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. Concerning the a~p~icat~iof C.W. BlAckburn, ~4 Castle- <br />down Road, pleasanton, Ca~i~nia,i for a Zoning Permit with <br />Site Plan, Landscape and Arch,itectural Approval, for constructing <br />a fourplex at 831 Palomino Drive, the City Council does declare <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> a. The record of the Planning commission has been <br />reviewed. <br /> b. Recommendations of the staff and arguments of <br />applicant have been considered. <br /> <br />c. Public hearing was duly noticed, held, and closed. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby grant the Zoning Permit <br />for Site Plan and Architectural Approval to construct a fourplex <br />at 821 Palomino Drive, pursuant to Application No. Z-66-47, with <br />conditions as follows: <br /> <br />a. Driveway curb cut be limited to 20 feet 0 inches. <br /> <br />other ground <br /> <br />Garages be provided with sliding doors. <br /> <br />Area designated as "gravel" be changed-to grass or <br />cover, subject to approval of the Planning Director. <br /> <br /> d. Additional landscaping be provided along rear of <br />structure. <br /> <br />line <br /> <br /> e. Landscaping be provided for the planter strip. <br /> <br /> f. The T 1~1 on rear elevation be extended from cove <br />to ground line continuously. <br /> <br /> g.
