Concerning a~eal of Mr. A1 Grableck, AP-67-3, from an <br />adverse decision of the City Planning Con~ntssion which granted a <br />Zoning Permit to the Pleasanton Veterinary Clinic, 273 Spring <br />Street, the City Council has considered evidence as follows: <br /> <br /> Records and exhibits of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> <br /> Exhibits offered by the appealing party. <br /> <br /> Public testimony before the City Council. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby find as follows: <br /> <br /> Planning Commission action on Zoning Permit Z-67-3 <br /> allowing sick animals to be kept overnight was <br /> reasonable. <br /> <br /> Conditions to protect the neighbors set forth in <br /> said permit are adequate. <br /> <br /> 3. The appeal of Mr. A1 Grableck is hereby denied, and the <br />decision of the Planning Commission granting the permit is hereby <br />affirmed. <br /> <br />DATED: June 12, 1967. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
