OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STA'I'E OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />I~E:SOLUTION NO. ,67'118 <br /> <br />AUTHORITY TO FILE FgD[RAL GRANT <br />APPLICATION FOR WATE~ IMPROVEMENT <br /> BONDS <br /> <br />R~SOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. The City officers are hereby authorized to prepare, <br />execute and file, in behalf of the City, an application for a <br />grant of federal matching funds in the amount of $174,100.00 <br />from the United States gOVernment acting through the Department <br />of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> <br /> 2. Said funds would be used to construct improvements for <br />the municipal water system provided for by 1967 ~venue Bonds <br />as authorized by legislative acts as follows: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 67-55, adopted March 27, 1967, <br /> providing for issuance of 1967 Water Revenue <br /> Bonds. <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 478, adopted February 27, 1967, <br /> setting water service rates and regulations. <br /> <br />DATED: June 26, 1967. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />H~N W~ODWAED, City Clerk <br /> <br />WAKREN R.
