Final Map of Tract No. 2929, Twinoaks, drawn by MacKay & <br />$omps, Civil Engineers, Pleasanton, Califomia, dated May 1967, <br />is hereby approved, and the City officers are authorized to execute <br />the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City, as <br />~rovided below. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and Permabilt Enterprises, <br />311 West MacArthur Blvd., San Leandro, California, dated July 10, <br />1967. <br /> <br /> 3. All plans, specifications, instruments and documents of <br />title required by said agreemen=s or City ordinances being in the <br />hands of the City Clerk, the city Counczl does hereby consent to <br />the recording of said Final Map. <br /> <br /> 4.
