PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RE:SOLUTION NO, 67-135 <br /> <br />SETTING POLICY FOR SEWER AND WATER <br />SERVICE, TRACT NO. 2950, VOLK-McLAIN <br /> AND BESCO <br /> <br />· ESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council has reviewed'the conditions of approval <br />for Tentative Map, Tract No. 2950, presented by Volk McLain <br />Com-nmittes, Inc., and Besco, Inc., and does find conditions <br />of approval to be reasonable. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby set policy for service of <br />sewer and water in said tract where possible conflict in juris- <br />diction between Valley Community Services District and the City <br />exists within Annexation No. 53, as follows: <br /> <br />Sewer: Valley Communit~Services District shall <br />be responsible for large sewer trunks. City of <br />Pleasanton shall be responsible for all other <br />sewer lines. <br /> <br />b. Water: City of Pleasanton shall be responsible <br /> for and shall serve all water in said tract. <br /> <br /> 3.
