The C~y officezs are hereb, y authorized to execute in <br />behalf of the city a c~me~ ~scri~ed as follows: <br /> <br />Second Amm~dment to Garbage Collection Contract <br />between JOHN PIET~ONA~E and the CITY OF PLE~ANTON, <br />dated June 8, 1962, as amended October 16, 1964. <br /> <br /> 3. This Second Amendment shall modify the Garbage Collection <br />Contract as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Establish rate of $2.70 per month for one collection <br />per week of two thirty-gallon cans of refuse on each collection. <br /> <br /> b. Set the special haul charge at $10.00 per hour for <br />two men and one truck, plus $1.00 per cubic yard of refuse. <br /> <br /> c. Delete paragraph 8 of basic agreememt dated June 8, <br />1962, so that Collector has no duty to remove additional refuse <br />or garden tri~ings without charge. <br /> <br /> 4.
