The elevation ofthe land is higher than the required 5 feetabeve the 100-year <br />flood level as defined by FEMA and is not home to any species listed on the Federal or State threatened or <br />enda~ liste. Also, the land is not located wi~ain 100 feet of any wet!and and is currently not public <br />parkland. <br /> <br />Site Credit 2: Urban Redevelopment <br />The Moposod project is n rekvelepmmtof an existing developed siie and therefore complies with the <br />8enerai intent of this credit We are increasii~ the dansit7 of die site, but'are limited to a maximum <br />building density pet the Hacienda Owner's Association Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />Site Credit 3: Brownfield Redevelopment <br />This site is not classified as · Brownfield site so this credit can not be obtained. <br /> <br />Site Credit 4: Alternative Transpoflation <br />The subjqct site is located within ½ mile of the Bart Station and is within 'A mile of 2 bus stops. The <br />project will have secure bicycle parking spaces for 5% of the building occupants ·long with <br />changing/shower facilities. We will be providing stub-oute for 6 future electric cat parking spaces, which <br />is 3% oftbe total vehicle parking spaces. ParkinI ca~ is designed not to exceed the minimum local <br />zmfing re~ and 9 preferred p~ stalls (5% of the total Parking sPaces) are being provided for <br />carpools and venpools. <br /> <br /> <br />
