CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-064 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE <br />VINEYARD CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE SP-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Centex Homes has applied to amend the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan <br />to relocate two "Low Density Residential" units from Parcel 23 (Chrisman) to <br />become "Medium density Residential" units on Parcel 21 (RMC Lonestar); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the application and <br />recommended on March 14, 2001 that the City Council approve the modification <br />to the Specific Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was called and duly noticed for June 5, 2001, at which time the <br />City Council reviewed the proposed amendment to the Vineyard Avenue Corridor <br />Specific Plan and considered all related reports, documents, tesfunony, and <br />recommendations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds this Specific Plan modification is exempt from CEQA as a <br /> "minor alteration to land use limitations"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed modification is consistent with the <br /> General Plan and the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Approves the application of Centex Homes to modify the Vineyard Corridor <br />Specific Plan to relocate two "Low Density Residential" units fi'om Parcel 23 <br />(Chrisman) to become "Medium Density Residential" units on Parcel 21 (RMC <br />Lonestar), with corresponding, non-substantive text changes. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
