CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 01-065 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE YOUTH MASTER PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a thirty member Steering Committee, comprised of representatives fxom the City <br />Council, School District Board of Trustees, City commissions, related service <br />organizations, middle and high school student bodies, faith commullity, police, <br />business sector, and the community at large, was formed two and a half years ago <br />to identify, enhance, and coordinate needed services for the youth and families of <br />Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the final plan has been reviewed by the Economic Vitality Committee, Civic Arts, <br />Human Services, Youth, Parks and Recreation, and Library Commissions, which <br />have all recommended adoption of the proposed plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting June 5, 2001, the City Council received a staff report (SR 01:124) <br /> outlining the details of the final Youth Master Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council adopts the Youth Master Plan, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2:- This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON JUNE 5, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
