ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br /> LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> philip A. C-rubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape District No. 1954-1, City of Pleasamon. <br />Alameda County, California, makes this report as.directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22555 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br />Landscaping, including trees, shrubs and irrigation system all as delineated on the landscape and <br />irrigation plans for Tract 5257 (Phase III Landscape District 1984-1). <br /> <br />Said improvements are within the following areas: <br /> <br />North of Cone de Flores on the west side of Paseo Santa Cruz approximately 160 feet <br />long by 6 feet wide, and north on Cone Pacifica on the east side of Pasco Santa Cruz <br />approximately 1,370 feet long by 6 feet wide. <br /> <br />This Report consists of five parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A <br /> <br />Plans and specifications for the improvements constructed in 1985. <br /> <br />PART B <br /> <br />A.n estimate of the cost for maintenance of the existing improvements and proposed <br />improvements. <br /> <br />PART C <br /> <br />An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited pamel of land <br />within the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D <br /> <br />A statement describing the method by which the amount proposed to be assessed against <br />each parcel was determined. <br /> <br />PART E <br /> <br />An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment <br />district.
