CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-072 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND LEVYING THE 2001-02 ASSESSMENT FOR <br />LANDSCAPE DISTRICT 1984-1 (PONDEROSA) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 19, 2001 <br />on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Landscape <br />Assessment District No. 1984-1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council confirms the Engineers Report, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City Council hereby levies the 2001-02 annual assessments in connection with <br />Landscape Assessment District No. 1984-1, as described in the Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 19, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotfi, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FO,/RM3 ~ <br /> o,q <br /> <br />Michael H.
