CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-076 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER*S REPORT <br />AND LEVYING THE 20014)2 ASSESSMENT FOR LIGHTING <br />AND LANDSCAPE DISTRICT 1994-1 (OAK TREE FARM) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 19, 2001 <br /> on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Lighting and <br /> Landscape Assessment District No. 1994-1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, them were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Sectign 1: <br /> <br />The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City Council hereby levies the 2001-02 annual assessments in connection with <br />Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), as <br />described in the Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 19, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />,A~ FORM: <br /> <br />eggy ~ L~zi~ll~o, City ~rk <br /> <br />Michael H.
