Attachment B <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 01__ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSED CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2001-02 <br />THROUGH 2005-06 CONSISTENT WITH THE PLEASANTON <br />GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to investigate and make <br /> recommendations to the City Council regarding the means of implementing <br /> the General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide for the efficient <br /> expenditure of public funds relating to the subjects addressed in the General <br /> Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of June 13, 2001, the Planning <br /> Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br /> recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed Capital <br /> Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2001-02 through 2005-06. <br /> <br />NOW, TI/EREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Stt~'ioll 1. <br /> <br />That the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2001-02 through <br />2005-06 as a whole and as individual projects is consistent with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />The Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
