CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-078 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIVE YEAR CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2001-4)2 <br />THROUGH 2005-06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager presented a staff report (SR 01:154) to the City Council <br /> outlining a proposed Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years 2001-02 <br /> through 2005-06; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 19, 2001, the City Council reviewed the proposed Capital <br /> Improvement Program and a public hearing was held to afford the public the <br /> opportunity to comment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />The City Council approves and adopts the Five-Year Capital Improvement <br />Program for fiscal years 2001-02 through 2005-06, as set forth in Staff Report <br />01:154, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Appropriates the revenues and approves project expenditures for the projects <br />recommended for funding in fiscal years 2001-02 and 2002-03. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
