CITY PLEASANTON <br /> COU N'r' t'Y OF ALAMEDA <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP,~ TIt&CT NO. 2940, <br />PLEAMANTON VALLEY UNIT NO. 11, AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGI~EEMENT <br /> <br />TtlE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE I~AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2940, Pleasanton Valley Unit <br />Ne. 11, drawn by Martin & Bissell, Civil Engineers, San Leandro, <br />California, dated August, 1967, is hereby approved; and the City <br />officers are authorized to execute the necessary title sheet <br />certificates in behalf of the City, as provided below. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and D & V Builders, Inc., <br />6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland 9, California, dated August 21, <br />1967. <br /> <br /> 3. All plans, specifications, instruments and documents of <br />title required by said agreements or City ordinances being in the <br />hands of the City C~ the City Council does hereby consent <br />to the recording of ~aid Final Map. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights-of-way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br />DATED: August 21, 1967. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
