The City 6fficers are hereb~ ~O~horized to execute the <br />smbdivision agreement between the City and D & V Builders, Inc., <br /> 6~00 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland 9, California, dated August 21, <br /> 1967. <br /> <br /> 3. All plans, specifications, instruments a~d~documents <br />of title required by said agreements or City ordina~ces being in <br />the hands of the City Clerk, the City Council does hereby consent <br />to the recording of said Final Map. <br /> <br /> 4.
