ORIGINAL <br /> <br />CITY OP PLEASANTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 67-147 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND <br />NECESSITY DEMAND THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND <br />COMPLETION BY THE CITY OF PLEASANTON OP EACH OF THE <br />FOLLOWING MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS, TO WIT: PARK AND <br />RECREATION PACILITIES AND PIRE STATION IMPROVEMENTS; <br />AND THAT THE COST OF SAID MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS, <br /> <br />AND EACH OF THEM, WILL REQUIRE AN EXPENDITURE GREATER <br />THAN THE AMOUNT ALLOWED THEREFOR BY THE ANNUAL TAX <br />LEVY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />Of Pleasanton, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the public interest and necessity <br />demand the acquisition, construction and completion by <br />said City of the following municipal improvements, and <br />each of them, to wit: <br /> <br /> PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES. Park and <br />~ecreation facilities, including acquisition of lands, <br />easements and rights of way necessary or convenient-for <br />park sites and improvement thereof for park and recrea- <br />tion purposes; and other works, property or structures <br />r~ecessary or convenient for park and recreation facilities <br />for the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> ! <br /> <br /> <br />
