CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />F~IrSOLUTION NO. 67-1-58 <br /> <br />APPROVIN~ FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2802, <br />VINTAGE HILLS, UNIT 5, AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION'OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2802, Vintage Hills Unit 5, drawn <br />by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, Pleasanton, California, dated <br />September, 1967, is hereby approved; and the City officers are <br />authorized to execute the necessary title sheet certificates in <br />behalf of the City, as provided below. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and LAND DEVELOPMENT & <br />INVESTMENT CO., 405 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California, <br />dated September 25, 1967. <br /> <br /> 3. All plans, specifications, instruments and documents <br />of title required by said agreements or City ordinances being in <br />the hands of the City Clerk, the City Council does hereby consent <br />to the recording of said Final Map. <br /> <br /> 4.
