CiTY OF PLEASANTON <br />, COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 67-163 <br />R£SI3LUTION NO,, <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT, FOR TRACT NO. 2938, <br /> FAIRLANDS, UNIT #2 <br /> <br /> THE CITYCOU~:ILDOEM HEREBY RESOLVEAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map Of Tract No. 2938, F~irlands, Unit #2, drawn <br />by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated October, 1967, is hereby <br />approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute the <br />necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and FIRST PLEASANTON <br />INVESTORS, 582 Market Street, San Francisco, California, dated <br />Oc[~ber 9, 1967. <br /> <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />Fill M mp;provided, however~ that all documents, certificates <br />and policies required by Ordinance No. 358, as amended, (Subdivi- <br />sion Ordinance) are in possession of the City. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights-of-way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced bF a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5.
