Final Map o~ Tr~t N~. 2964, Fairlands, Unit ~)3, drawn <br />by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated October, 1967, is hereby <br />approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute the <br />necessary title sheet"certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br /> subdivision agreement between the City and FIRST PLEASANTON <br /> INVESTORS, 582 Market Street, San Francisco, California, dated <br /> October 9, 1967. <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />Final Map; provided, however, that all documents, certificates <br />and policies required by Ordinance No. 358 (Subdivision Ordinance), <br /> <br /> as amended, are in possession of the City. <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br /> all public areas, streets, easements and rights-of-way shown on <br /> said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br /> separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> 5.
