Cl'l Y oF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />IqE:SDLI.JTICIN NC]. 67-168 <br /> <br />ADOPTING Ai~'D SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPE~U~E <br />OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGIiWAY ~ <br /> TO CITIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, al/aster A~eement fo~ the Budgeting an~ Expenditure <br />of funds ~tlocated fr~ the State Hmghway Fund to Citmes has been <br />entered into by the City of Pleasanton, hereinafter referred to <br />as the City, and the State Department ~f Public Works, DiVision <br />of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department; and: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement <br />showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be <br />made during the 1967-68 fiscal year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Project state- <br />ment and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, ME IT.RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Plea~anton that samd project statement dated October ~3, 1967, <br />be and ms hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expen~Ttures <br />of the gas tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and <br />the same is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works is <br />directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and said project <br />statement to be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State <br />of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of <br />the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />DATED: OctOber 23, 1967. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> I here~y c~xt!fy that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />a regular meeting thereof held October 23, 1967. <br /> <br />HELEN C.
