I, AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2950, Val Vista Unit No. 1, drawn <br />by San Ramon Civil Engin~ers, Dublin, California, dated October, <br />1967, is hereby approved, and the City officers are authorized to <br />execute the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the <br />City, as provided below. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and Besco, 2777 Alvarado <br />;treet, San Leandro, California, dated October 30, 1967. <br />3. The agreement described above'and the approval of this <br />~inal Map is conditioned upon subdivider posting bond sufficient <br />to connect in-tract water system to the existing City water supply <br />mains, and executing park dedication agreement providing for <br />future dedications in the remaining portions of the Tentative Map. <br /> 4. Ail plans, specifications, instruments and documents of <br />title required by said agreements or City ordinances being in the <br />hands of the City Clerk, the City Council does hereby consent to <br />the recording of said Final Map. <br /> <br /> 5.
