Two authorized s~ignatures are required on all <br /> checks, drafts and other instruments. <br /> <br />b. The two primary authorized signatures are as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />City Treasurer <br />Director of Finance <br /> <br />c. Alternates to the above signatures are as follows: <br /> <br />City Accountant <br />Senior Account Clerk <br />Account Clerk II <br /> <br /> 2. New signature cards shall be prepared as required by <br />the various banks, and a certified copy of this ~e~olution <br />delivered with the revised signature card. <br /> <br />DATED: November 20, 1967. <br /> <br />WARREN R.
