RESOLUTION NO. _~ RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION TO UNDERTAKE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND THE ACQUISITIONS TO BE MADE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-1, WEST PLEASANTON SEWER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as follows: 1. Petition for the construction of improvements and the acquisition~of interests in real property and the acquisition of capacity to be made by special assessment proceedings within the boundaries of the,~map, designated, "Proposed Assessment District 67-1, West Pleasanton Sanitary Sewer," which said map is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, is herein by this reference as though fully set forth incorporated herein. 2. The Certificate of MAC KAY ~ SOMPS dated the 4th day of December, 1967, certifying that the petition'hereinabove referred to was signed by the owners of 64.54 per cent of the area of the property described in said petition, that said prop- erty owners have waived all proceedings under the Special Assess- ment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, and have requested special assessment proceedings for the improvemants and acquisitions described in said petition, is incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth herein. 3. It is hereby ordered and determined that the terms and conditions of smi. d petition heretofore incorporated herein be, and they are hereby, accepted and the improvements and acquisitions shall be made in accordance with the terms o£ said petition, and that the assessment district proceedings shall be instituted and carried through in accordance with the terms of said petition.
