RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 68-49 IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND THE ACQUISITION OF CAPACITY IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-1, WEST PLEASANTON SEWER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that it is the inten- tion of said Council to order the following construction of improvements and the acquisition of real property and the acquisi- tion of capacity to be made in Assessment District 1967-1, West Pleasanton Sewer., City Of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California to wit: The construction of a sanitary sewer main system together with all appurtenant facilities, including manholes, side sewer, pump stations, tunneling and/or borin~,.casing,.' trenching, backfill, pavement rePlacement, siphons, ano replacement of existing improvements within the construction area, together with the acquisition of any and all necessary easements'or other interests ~p propel'tX, ~o ser?.~h? parcels of proper~y ShOWn on tnac Certain map en[~tlea, "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District 1967 1, West Pleasanton Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California," which map is on file with the City Clerk; and the purchase'of capacity in said sanitary sewer main system.
