That said report, and each and every part thereof, <br />is sufficient in every particular, and it is heYeby determined <br />that said report shall stand as the report for ~11 subsequent <br />proceeding under said Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Monday, the 29th day of April, <br />1968, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the me,ting <br />place of the City Council of the City of Pleasan~.9~,.located ~n the <br />Valley View School, 480 Adams ~r~, ~eas~nton, California, ~ <br />hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing protests with <br />relation to the proposed improvements and acquisitions described <br />in said report; that any person intereste~ in objecting to said <br />improvements and acquisitions, the grades to which the work <br />will be done, or has been done, the extent of the assessment <br />district, the assessment, or the engineer's estimate of cost <br />and expenses, or any other act or determination of the City Council <br />or the Engineer of Work of the assessment district may file <br />protest in writing with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton at <br />or'before the hour fixed herein for hearing thereon; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk e£ the City <br />of Pleasanton be, and she is hereby, directed to publish a Notice <br />of Improvement pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code <br />o£ the State of Californla, the first of which said notices <br />to be first published at least twenty (20) days prior to the <br />date herein set for hearing of protests; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTttER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton be, and she is hereby, further directed to cause <br />Notices of Improvement to be posted on all of the open streets <br />within the district described in the Resolution o£ Intention <br />at not more than three hundred feet apart on each street so <br />posted in accordance with the r~quirements of Sections 10302 <br />and 10303 of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; and <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
