CITY OF PLF_.ASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />~IEBOLUTIOhl NO, 68-90,, <br /> <br />ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE AND A <br />BUILDING EVALUATION SCHEDULE FOR <br /> BUILDING PERMITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 27, 1968, Ordinance No. 525 of the City of <br />Pleasanton, adopting the 1967 Edition of the Uniform Building <br />Code, was introduced by the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides for the adoption of a <br />schedule of fees for building permits by resolution of the City <br />Council; <br /> <br /> NOW~ TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Schedule of Fees <br />for Building Permits, Table 1, and the Building Valuation <br />Schedule, Table 2, for use therewith, all attached hereto, are <br />hereby adopted and the same shall ~ome effective when Ordinance <br />No. 525 becomes effective, and shall remain in full force and <br />effect until a superseding schedule of fees is adopted. <br /> <br /> This Resolution replaces and supersedes Resolution No. 66-15. <br /> <br />DATED: May 27, 1968. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />BERNARD T. ~"ERTON, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
