RESOLUTION NO. ~-qB <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF BONDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 1968, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, authorized <br />the publication of an Official Notice Inviting Bids for the <br />purchase of an estimated $523,061.53, principal amount, of bonds <br />for Assessment District 1967-1, West Pleasanton Sewer, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, and for the purchase of <br />$357,307.20 in assessments levied against property owned by the <br />City and County of San Francisco; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has advertised for bids <br />for sale of bonds to be issued to represent all estiMated, unpaid <br />assessments and the assessments against publi~ property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert E. Schweser Co. of California. Ltd. <br />have offered to purchase all of the bonds representing estimated <br />unpaid assessments and the assessments against public property at <br />the following ra~e or rates of interest: 95.06%~f the par value Of <br />bonds and 100% of the par value of assessments against public property, <br /> <br />to bea~ interest at the following rates: for.bonds maturing 1969-1973, <br />Sncluslve~ 6%: .for bonds maturin~ 1974-1975~ incL. 5.60%: for bonds <br />maturing 1976 - 1977, incl., 5.75%: for bonds maturing 1978 - 1980, <br />~ncl.~ 5.90%; for bnnd~ m~ur~nE_lqR1 - lqR~o ~1' . 6%~ ~nd <br /> <br />6% per annum for assessments against public property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />bonds to be issued to represent estimated unpaid assessments <br />the assessments against public property be sold to <br /> <br /> Robert E. Schweser Co. of California, Ltd., <br /> <br />at the price named in their bid on file herein, plus accrued <br />interest from the date thereof until paid. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that bonds shall be issued to <br />represent all of the unpaid assessments with the exception of <br />the assessments against public property <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />County, California, that said <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br />under the provisions of <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
