RESOLUTION NO. 68-99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTttORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />'BETWEEN ~tE CITY OF PLEASANTON Alii) SILVA~'S-- <br /> PIPELINE, INC., FOR WORK TO BE DONE AND APPROVING <br /> BONDS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-1, WEST <br /> PLEASANTON SEWER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that contract dated <br />the 20th day of May, 1968, by and between the City of Pleasanton <br />and $$!m~Pipeli~e~ Inc., for the work and improvements to <br />be done in Assessment District 1967-1, West Pleasanton Sewer, <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br />and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor <br /> <br />is hereby approved; <br /> <br />of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof <br /> <br />be authorized to attest, said agreement; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Labor and Material <br /> <br />Bond and the Faithful Performance Bond to secure the perform- <br /> <br />ance of said contract and to secure payment of labor and mater- <br /> <br />ial claims be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />in said matter, which said Labor and ~laterial Bond and said <br /> <br />Faithful Performance Bond are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was <br />duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting <br />thereof, held on the 10th day of ,~, 1968, by the following vote, <br /> <br />to wit: <br />AYES: Councilmen <br />NOES: Councilmen NONE <br /> <br /> NONE <br />ABSENT: Councilmen <br /> <br />BERATLIS, REGA, REID, SP~LIOTOPOULOS & MAYOR GERTON <br /> <br />HELEN C.
