CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />Dat~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-119 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br /> PLANS FOR TP~ACT NO. 3004, VALLEY TRAILS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHE ~EAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> The Tentative Subdivision Map was approved by the <br /> Planning Corm~ission on March 13, 1968, by Resolution <br /> No. 763. <br /> <br /> The Bonds have been posted and the fees paid. <br /> <br /> The Director of Public Works recommends approval of the <br /> Final Subdivision Map and the Improvement Plans. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Final Subdivision Map for Tract No. 3004, Valley <br /> Trails, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The appropriate City Officers are hereby authorized to <br /> execute the Sub(~ivision Agreement between the City and <br /> D. and V. Builders, Inc. <br /> <br />3. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br /> all public areas, streets, easements end ri~hts~of-way <br /> shown on said map, or lying outside of said tract and <br /> evidenced by a separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br />4.
