HI,SI, City ^ttorne¥ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO~ <br /> <br /> A~'HORIZ:~G PAYY~NT FOR BOND INTE~..~S~ ,~D ~,.~D~Mt:'T~O~ C~%~ FOR <br /> 1953 W~ER BOND AND FOR 1958 SEWER AND DRAIN BOND ISSUES <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Pleasanton did, in 1953, incur a General <br /> <br /> Obligation Bond indebtedness in order to provide more <br /> adequate water service to the residents of the City. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Pleasanton did, in 1958, incur a General <br /> ObligatiOn Bond indebtedness in order to provide more <br /> adequate sewer and drainage service to the residents <br /> of the City. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Pleasanton is obligated to pay interest <br /> charges and bond maturity payments on these General <br /> Obligation Bonds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
