HIRS1, City Attorne <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.68-140 <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IM+PROVFi~ENT <br />PLANS, TRACT NO. 3024, FAIRLANDS, UNIT NO. 4 <br /> <br />The Tentative Subdivision Map was approved by the <br />Planning Commission on June 28, 1967, by Resolution <br />No. 685. <br /> <br />Ail necessary bonds have been posted and fees paid. <br />The Director of Public Works recon~uends approval of <br />Final Subdivision Map and the Improvement Plans. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />NOW, T~EREFO~, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby approve the Final <br /> Subdivision Map and Improvement Plans for Tract <br /> No. 3024, Fairlands, Unit No. 4. <br /> <br /> 2. The appropriate City Officers are hereby authorized to <br /> execute the subdivision agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and the Amador Valley Investors. <br /> <br /> 3. The City of Pleasanton does hereby accept the grant <br /> and dedication of all public areas, streets, easements <br /> and rights-of-way shown on said map, or lying outsi~e <br /> of said tract and evidenced by a separate instrument <br /> of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 4.
