HIRST, City Attorney <br /> <br />2987, <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Tentative Subdivi~:On:.Map was approved by the Plan- <br /> <br /> ning Commission on May 22, 1968, by Resolution No. 784. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City Manager declared that the signature of one of <br /> the property owners regarding an easement has not been <br /> obtained. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City Attorney advised that said Final M~p could be <br /> approved conditionally. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Council does hereby approve the Final <br /> <br /> Subdividions Map for Tract No. 2987, Foothill Farms, <br /> Unit No. 2, with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a. Said Map will not be recorded until the required <br /> <br /> easement is acquired and dedicated to the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> b. Said dedication to be made subject to approval of the <br /> <br /> appropriate City Officers. <br /> <br /> c. Said easement must have been acquired and dedicated <br /> within two weeks from the date herein or the condi- <br /> tional approval herein is void. <br /> <br /> 2. Upon receipt of said easement within the above described <br /> time limit and subject to approval of City Staff, the <br /> City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of all <br /> public areas, streets, easements and rights-of-way shown <br /> on said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced <br /> by a separate instrument of conve¥~e. <br /> <br /> 3. Upon receipt of said easement within t~e abeve specified <br /> time limit and approval of the City Sta~.£, the appropri- <br /> ate City Officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br /> Subdivision Agreement between the City and Schulte- <br /> <br /> <br />
