APPROVED AS TO FORN WILLIAM A. HIRST, City Attorney 2987, WHEREAS: The Tentative Subdivi~:On:.Map was approved by the Plan- ning Commission on May 22, 1968, by Resolution No. 784. WHEREAS: The City Manager declared that the signature of one of the property owners regarding an easement has not been obtained. WHEREAS: The City Attorney advised that said Final M~p could be approved conditionally. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City Council does hereby approve the Final Subdividions Map for Tract No. 2987, Foothill Farms, Unit No. 2, with the following conditions: a. Said Map will not be recorded until the required easement is acquired and dedicated to the City of Pleasanton. b. Said dedication to be made subject to approval of the appropriate City Officers. c. Said easement must have been acquired and dedicated within two weeks from the date herein or the condi- tional approval herein is void. 2. Upon receipt of said easement within the above described time limit and subject to approval of City Staff, the City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of all public areas, streets, easements and rights-of-way shown on said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a separate instrument of conve¥~e. 3. Upon receipt of said easement within t~e abeve specified time limit and approval of the City Sta~.£, the appropri- ate City Officers are hereby authorized to execute the Subdivision Agreement between the City and Schulte-
