OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE $5~5~000 CITY OF PLEASANTON 1967 MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS~ SERIES B NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received and opened by the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, State of California, at the City Council Meeting, Multi-Purpose Room, Valley View School, 480 Adams Way, Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 1968 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. (P.S.T.) for the purchase of $535,000 principal amount of bonds of the City desig- nated "City of Pleasanton 1967 Municipal Improvement Bonds, Series B" (hereinafter called the "bonds"), more particu- larly described below. The bonds are the balance of an authorized issue of $1,535,000 aggregate principal amount authorized at an election held in the City on November 28, 1967, $1,000,000 principal amount of which were sold on February 20, 1968. ISSUE AND DENOMINATION: $535,000 principal amount of coupon bonds, numbered consecutively from B1 to B107, both inclusive, of the denom- ination of $5,000. DATE: The bonds are dated October 1, 1968.
