ORIGINAL <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68-148 <br /> <br />PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $535,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT <br />OF "CITY OF PLEASANTON 1967 MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, <br />SERIES B," BEING PART OF AN ISSUE OF $1,535,000 PRINCI- <br />PAL AMOUNT AUTHORIZED AT AN ELECTION HELD IN SAID CITY <br />ON NOVEMBER 28, 1967; PRESCRIBING THE DATE AND FO~ OF <br />SERIES B BONDS OF SAID ISSUE AND OF THE COUPONS TO BE <br />ATTACHED THERETO AND PRESCRIBING THE MATURITIES THEREOF <br />AND REDEMPTION PROVISIONS THEREFOR; FIXING THE MAXIMUM <br />RATE OF INTEREST ON SAID SERIES B BONDS; AND DIRECTING <br />NOTICE OF SALE OF SAID SERIES B BONDS TO BE GIVEN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton heretofore on January 29, 1968, duly passed <br />and adopted its Resolution No. 68-12 providing for the <br />issuance of $1,535,000 principal amount of "City of <br />Pleasanton 1967 Municipal Improvement Bonds," as set <br />forth in the records of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in and by said resolution said <br />authorized issue of City of Pleasanton 1967 Municipal <br />Improvement Bonds was divided into series; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proceedings heretofore <br />duly had and taken pursuant to said resolution, Series <br />bonds of said authorized issue in the principal amount <br /> <br />A <br /> <br /> <br />
