11 <br /> <br /> SscTm~ 10.04. Series B Si~ki~g F~cl Account. There is hereby <br />created within the Principal and Sinking Fund Account (established <br />in Section 4.03(2) of the Resolution) a Series B Sinking Fund Account <br />for payment of the principal of the Series B Term Bonds, which the- <br />City hereby covenants and agrees to cause to be maintained. Begin- <br />ning in May, 1984, the Fiscal Agent shall deposit in the Series B Sink- <br />ing Fund Account each month Revenues in an amount equal to one- <br />twelfth of an amount which shall be sufficient to call and redeem Series <br />B Bonds (including premiums thereon, but excluding accrued interest <br />therebn which is payable from the Interest Account) in the following <br />respective principal amounts on May 1 of each of the following years: <br /> <br /> Year Ending Principal Amount of Series B <br /> May ! ~onds to Bo Called and Redeemed <br /> <br /> 1985 .................................. $15,000 <br /> 1986 .................................. 15,000 <br /> 1987..: ............................... 15,000 <br /> 1988 .................................. 20,000 <br /> 1989 .................................. 20,000 <br /> 1990 .................................. 20,000 <br /> 1991 .................................. 20,000 <br /> 1992 .................................. 20,000 <br /> 1993 .................................. 20,000 <br /> 1994 .................................. 25,000 <br /> <br /> All moneys in the Serms B Sinking Fund Account may be used <br /> and withdrawn by the Fiscal Agent, and shall be used and withdrawn <br /> upon the written request of the City, at any_time for the purchase of <br /> Series B Bonds at public or private sale, as a~nd when and ?t such <br /> prices (including brokerage and other charges, but excluding accrued <br /> interest, which is payable frbm the Interest Account) as it may in its <br /> discretion determine, but not to exceed the highest redemption price <br /> or the then current redemption price for Bonds redeemed from the <br /> Series B Sinking Fund Account (excluding accrued interest),_.w~which- <br /> ever is lower, and all bonds so purchased by the Fiscal Agent shah be <br /> cancelled; provided, however, that all moneys in the Series B Sinking <br /> Fund Account on the fifteenth day of any March beginning in March, <br /> 1985, together with any additional sums estimated by the Fiscal Agent <br /> <br /> <br />
