HIRST, City Attorr <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~-152 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICERS TO EXECUTE THE <br />MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL <br />SERVICE WITH ~J~MEDA COUNTY <br /> <br />The City Council did on September 18, 1967, adopt <br />Resolution No. 67-156, authorizing execution of an agree- <br />ment with Ala~neda County for animal control services; and <br />The City of Pleasanton is desirous of extending the term <br />of said agreement to June 30, 1969. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TF~T: <br /> <br />1. The City of Pleasanton agrees to pay to Alameda County <br /> the sum of $5,750 for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br /> 1969, for animal control services. <br /> <br />2.
