CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO~ <br /> <br />AWARDING CONTRACT ON REMODELING AND EXPANSION OF <br /> MAIN FIRE STATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> TEE CITY COUNCIL did on June 24, 1968 approve the plans <br /> and specifications in calling for bids on Remodeling and <br /> expansion of Main Fire Station;and <br /> <br /> Bids were received and opened by the City Clerk at 4:00 <br /> P.M., on September 23rd, 1968; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby award the bid in the a~ount <br /> of $242,690.00, for the Remodelling and Expansion of <br /> Main Fire Station to Western Empire Construction Company. <br /> <br /> 2. The appropriate City Officers are here~y authorized and <br /> directed to execute the necessary contract with Western <br /> Empire Construction Com4pany. <br /> <br />DAT~D~ September 30, 1968 <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />T.
