~F~REAS: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton, at its meet- <br /> ing on October 7, 19'68, considered evidence both oral <br /> and documentary with respect to the acceptance of said <br /> offer of dedication and the aforesaid conditions relat- <br /> ing thereto; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Grant of Easement from Edwin E. Orloff to the <br /> City of Pleasanton, dated September 16, 1968, be accepte~ <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) That they be located within the property of Edwin <br /> E. Orloff, lying south of Valley Avenue, which <br /> will be encompassed in the <br /> Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> (b) That there will be no charges in connection with <br /> said grant against Orloff, or his successors in <br /> interest. <br /> <br /> (c} That there will be no charges levie~ or asses~ <br /> by the City of Pleasanton against Edwin E. Orloff <br /> in the construction and maintenance of said water <br /> main; and <br /> <br /> (d) That Edwin E. Orloff be given the right to make <br /> such connections to said water line as may be <br /> necessary for the development of his remaining <br /> property without charge other than for those con' <br /> nection fees normally charged by the City for <br /> property located within the City limits. <br /> <br />· 2. That the appropriate City officers take whatever action <br /> is necessary to implement the acceptance of the <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
