CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> R£SOLUTION NO. 68-19~ , <br /> <br />APPROVING PLANNING COMMISSION AND PARK AND RSCREATION' ~ i~.~ <br />COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE GRANTING <br />OF CREDIT TO DBVELOPERS PURSUANT TO THE ORDINANCE NO. 439 <br />WITH RESPECT TO DEDICATION OF PARK LA~S <br /> <br /> Section 4(f) of Ordinance No. 439, relating to park <br /> dedication provides that, upon recommendation of the <br /> Planning Commission and the Recreation and Park Commis- <br /> sion, the City Council may at its discretion grant a <br /> credit against land or fees required by the Park Dedica- <br /> tion Ordinance~ and <br /> <br /> · he Park and Recreation Commission and the Planning Com- <br /> mission did recommend to the City Council that credit <br /> for park dedication be granted under certain circumstanc~ <br /> and pursuant to certain conditionsl and <br /> <br /> The matter having be~n considered by the City Council <br /> and the recommendations of the aforementioned bodies <br /> appearing fair, equitable and consistent with the pro- <br /> visions of Ordinance No. 439~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, ~ IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission and the Planning Commission be adopted as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> (1) Credit only be given when the developer's propos. <br /> al complies strictly to the Park Dedication <br /> Ordinance. <br /> (2) A maxi~a credit of only one-half acre per site <br /> against h~s total obligation under the ~rdinance <br /> (3) A JoLnt-~be Agreement between the managing autho~ <br /> ity of t~ private recreation club and the City <br /> of Pleasanton is executed. <br /> (4) A SW~n~ pool with a water surface area of <br /> 1,800 sq. ft. at a depth of 5 1/2 ft. and less <br /> is provided on each private recreation club site. <br /> <br /> <br />
