Larsen-Gerton Realty, Inc. execute a Grant Deed granting to ~ City of Pleasanton an interest for right-of-way purposes such as was originally intended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS= 1. That the appropriate officers of the City of Pleasanton are hereby authorized and directed to execute on the be- half of the City of Pleasanton a Grant Deed, granting to Larsen-Gerton Realty, Inc. (formerly known as Curtis- Gerton, Inc) the interest in real property as is referre~ to and evidenced by a Corporation Grant Deed executed by Curtis-Gerton Realty, Inc. in favor of the City of Pleas- anton dated March 27, 1968, and recorded April 23, 1968. 2. That the appropriate city officers are hereby authorized and directed to accept for and on behalf of the City of Pleasanton a dedication of an interest for right-of-way purposes described as follows= "An easement for Public Right of Way over a portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Curtis Gerton Realty, Inc. by deed dated September 28~ 1967, recorde September 29, 1967 in reel 2046 I~ge 892 Series No. AZ/99012 records of Alameda County described as follow Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said parcel, thence South 17° 237 60.00 feet, more or thence South 73° 157 line of said parcell 60.00 feet, more or line of said parcel~ 25" East along the westerly line less, to the southwesterly corner~ East 3.84 feet along the southerl thence North 17° 55' 30" East less, to a point on the northerly thence North 73Q 15' West, 4.40 e feet along said northerly line to the point of begin- ning." That the appropriate city officers are hereby authorized and directed to record the Grant from the City of Pleasanton to Larsen-Gerton Realty, Inc. before -2-
