CiTY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RF-.SOLUT;ON NO. 68-200 ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STREET-WIDENING PURPOSES AT 852 DIVISION STREET WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, As a condition of approval of the zoning permit applica- tion of Charles and Barbara Ellen Lehmann, dedication of a right-of-way for street-widening purposes was required; and Said dedication was made pursuant to Grant Deed dated October l, 1968, from the said Charles and Barbara Ellen Lehmann to the City of Pleasanton; and said dedication, pursuant to the aforesaid deed was recorded October 2, 1968, and was given Deed No. BA108352 said recording taking p~ace prior to acceptance by the City of Pleasanton; and Said dedication, whether recorded or not, constitutes, prior to appropriate acceptance by the City of Pleasanton an offer of dedication only; and In order to avoid possible problems with respect to the continuity of title in the City of Pleasanton to said right-of-way, it is desirable that the Resolution herein accepting said dedication be recorded; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That the dedication of right-of-way to the City of Pleasanton for street-widening purposes referred to and eviCenced by a deed from Charles and Barbara Lehmann dated October l, 1968, and recorded October 2, 1968, is hereby accepted by the City of Pleasanton. That the appropriate City officers are hereby directed to accept for and on behalf of the City of Pleasanton the aforesaid dedication and to record in the Re¢order's Office of the County of Alameda, California, a copy of the Resolution herein in order to fix, for purposes of continuity of title, the date upon which the right of way interest herein referred to passed from Charles and Barbara Lehmann to the City of Pleasanton.
