WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 68-201 <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1, PLEASANTON MAIN <br /> FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION, TO WESTERN EMPIRE <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> <br /> The City Council did by Resolution No. 68-169, dated <br /> September 30, 1968, award the contract for the remodel- <br /> ing and expansion the Pleasanton Main Fire Station to <br /> Western Empire Construction Company. <br /> <br /> The Director of Public Works and the architect have <br /> recommended that Progress Payment No. l, amounting to <br /> <br /> $6,731.10 be paid to Western Empire Construction Company <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
