CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE: OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RI~OLU'noN NO. 68-21~_. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 2 .FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF PLEASANTON MAIN FIRE STATION TO WESTERN EMPIRE <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />The City Council did on September 30, 1968, by Resolution <br />No. 68-169, award the contract for the remodeling and <br />expansion of the Pleasanton Main Fire Station to Western <br />Empire Construction Company; and <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works and the architect have <br />recommended that Progress Payment No. 2, in the amount <br />of $5,B74.71, be paid to Western Empire Construction <br /> <br /> Company; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
