CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RE:SOLUTiON HO. 69-3 <br /> <br /> DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF BLACK <br /> AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS: It appears that a portion of Black Avenue has been <br /> <br /> realigned and relocated, thus leaving a parcel of <br /> property outside the newly aligned right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said parcel of property being outside tke realigned <br /> right-of-way does not appear to be any longer needed <br /> for street purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said parcel of property had been dedicated to the City <br /> of Pleasanton by Do and V. Builders at the time that the <br /> old alignment of Black Avenue was developed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br /> <br /> hereby declare its intention to vacate a portion of <br /> Black Avenue, which said portion is more particularly <br /> described on a map prepared bY the Department of Public <br /> Works of the City of Pleasanton, and designated "Applica- <br /> tion of D. and Vo Builders for vacation of portion of <br /> Black Avenue", which is on file in the office of the <br /> City Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2. That on February 3, 1969, at 8:00 P.M., in the Multi- <br /> purpose Room of Valley View School, 480 Adams Court, <br /> Pleasanton, the City Council will hear from all persons <br /> interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation. <br /> <br /> 3. That t~e City Clerk and Director of Public Works are <br /> authorized and directed to implement the required publi- <br /> cation and posting of the Notice of Hearing herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
